Bloom Agritech (Pvt) Ltd is looking to expand it's team, and bring on a procurement manager for sourcing fruits and vegetables.
This position would require visiting farms, sourcing the right quality, and ensuring that the farm follows quality standards defined.
A detailed list of candidate requirements is listed below:
Analyzes the requirements of the commodity, including preliminary specifications, preferred supplier, and date commodity is needed;
Attention to detail, and understanding of quality in fruits and vegetables required;
Manages vendor relations and supplier development with selected vendors;
Manages quality control, and product rejections
Solicits and evaluates proposals for the requested commodity. Investigates and/or interviews potential suppliers to determine if they meet the specified requirements;
Assures that the commodity is delivered on schedule, at the negotiated price, and meets the quality standards of the company;
