Job Brief: We are looking for a skilled and seasoned Human Resource professional with experience in a wide range of HR operations and development along with administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, development, and implementation of HR policies, strategies, and procedures to meet the organization’s goals. Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and operational procedures of selection.
- Review of the performance appraisal and development of performance evaluation
- procedures and policies. Training Need Assessment for HRD
- Perform annual reviews reward and incentive management.
- Compensation & Benefits Implementation, in line with HR policies & procedures.
- Implementation of a progressive HR management system.
- Will be responsible for employee engagement
- Implementation of a positive and encouraging company culture
Education and Qualification:
business degree, preferably in Human Resources
Experience:10+ Years
Must have experience with SAP
