• Gather and evaluate user interface requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Understanding user needs and translating them into product design decisions.
• Ability to make user flows and wireframes for the initial feedback loop.
• Ability to be able to form, prototype and confidently present ideas.
• Strong Visual Design Skills, being able to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Attention to detail in everything you do.
• Knowing how to apply given styles to a product to keep the experience, look & feel and brand familiar on the platform but also consistent between platforms.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
• Clearly communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of UX design experience.
• Portfolio of design projects containing a strong track of digital product work
• Bachelor’s in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
• Good knowledge of design and collaboration tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Zeplin, etc.
• Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
• Must be a great listener, and a good speaker.
• Must have good research skills. • Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus
