- Responsible for all HR & Admin Operations at site.
- Responsible for Mess arrangement and maintain the standard of Employee Residence as per company SOPs.
- Responsible for Fleet Management and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding Employees Attendance and Leaves and proper record keeping.

- Incumbent must possess a proactive approach, and equipped in people's management.
