- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data i.e attendances, loans and advances and bonuses
- Assist in maintaining data for health insurance of eligible employees
- Ensure timely Payment of social security on monthly basis
- Ensure timely final settlements of leavers
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Giving orientation to new employees to all relevant departments and ensuring their timely biometrics
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes i.e posting advertisements and under supervision of department head
- Maintaining employee records in both soft and hard copies
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity on monthly basis to department head
- Assist in Conducting training sessions to new employees and recording data of past trainings
- Administering on-the-job training programs
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
- Any other task assigned by department head and management
- Maintenance records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Assist in performing audits of payroll, loans/advances etc
- Maintain employees leaves and monthly attendance records (both manual and machine) for timely payroll process
