- Develop contacts with dealerships (Honda, Suzuki, Toyota, KIA etc), sign SLAs and ensure maintenance of vehicles from approved dealerships.
- Develop and implement work order systems with dealerships and make sure their maintenance bills should be as per approved work orders.
- Reconcile monthly payments of dealerships through work orders and process for payments.
- Submit monthly expense report with respect to dealerships.
- Maintain & update vehicles reports after daily inspection of vehicles.
- Maintain schedule of preventive and routine repair and maintenance.
- Maintain record of annual token tax renewals of vehicles.
- Supervise drivers in maintaining daily logs of vehicles and daily fueling of vehicles.
- Prepare monthly reports like Fuel consumption report, Travel records as per log book, Repair & maintenance reports and record of new purchased vehicles.
