- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software,systems and networks.
- Ensure all IT Related equipments is UP and running.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Day to day hardware and software troubleshooting, including any necessary hardware servicing as and when required.

- Creation and maintenance of IT-related documentation for all the systems.
- Monitoring and Alerting , creating and improving IT processes to more efficiently provide enhanced but consistent services to the business.
- Periodic updates of windows and network security updates, antivirus updates etc.
- Ensuring a safe and secure working environment taking the necessary measures to keep the networks/workstations free from viruses.
