Responsible for identify and sourcing of all raw materials, equipment & machinery used for construction in Housing projects i-e sand, crush, iron, pvc etc.
- Provide timely support to project sites with regard to material movement and availability.
- Must have strong active vendor list for smooth purchasing operations.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
- Verification of sub-contractor invoices
- Responsible for on-time provision of materials at project sites.
- Interaction with store/finance or concern department for reconciliation of purchase order and delivery documents.
- Will be responsible to devise systems and supervise procurement operations at BWC Site, Rawalpindi.
- Must be software(SAP/ERP) proficient.
- Applicant applying for this post must be from same industry and possess hands-on expertise in relevant expertise.
