- Preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, IGP, OGP and GRN in procurement module.
- Providing assistance to senior purchase executive in preparing procurement documents.
- Maintaining stock of Tea, pantry, stationery and other assets.
- Receiving of materials as per requisitions.
- Preparing Inward Gate Pass / GRN, manually and through procurement software.
- Entry of Goods / material / assets in Stock Register.
- Generating Asset’s Codes and pasting them before issuance.
- Prepare Store Issue Note through software.
- Making entry of stocked out and preparing Store Issue Notes.
- Maintaining Stock / Balances of materials.
- Maintaining list of assets on Group Level.
- Issuance, movement, recording and tagging to assets to be maintained.
- Keeping record of Faulty / Dead Assets and preparing respective documents.
- Preparing Monthly Reports of Inventory purchased, issued, moved and dead/faulty.
- Any other task to be assigned by HOD
