Accounts Cum Admin Executive

We are looking to hire fulltime Accounts Cum Admin Executive at Islamabad. If interested, please go through the Job Description below and apply at the email mentioned below. Job description The position’s primary purpose is to take care of the accounts and admin functions for the company. Accounting Responsibilities:

·       Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by way of timely preparation of annual reports and ensuring analysis of expenditure on a monthly basis to control expenses

·       Prepare and Monitor Payroll. 

·       Handling Petty Cash & Cheque voucher

·       Bank correspondence/ Bank related work / Bank Reconciliation

·       Vendor Payments and Vendor Management

·       Billing - Invoice raising and sending to clients

·       Managing cash flows, Accounts receivables and payables.

·       Knowledge of Income Tax & Sales Tax Laws, filing of income tax & sales tax returns.

·       Familiarity with EOBI, ESSI and all other levies

·       Timely Payment to suppliers and managing advance payments

·       Prepare Bank Reconciliations and maintain formal relations with company bank(s).

·       Evaluate and reduce company operating expenses and optimize annual spend.

·       Monitoring customer credibility and ensuring minimal bad debts and payment default.

·       Liaison with Company Accountants and Tax Consultants and support as required for filing statutory requirements.

·       Maintaining Code of Ethics in company dealings and ensuring confidentiality.

·       Monitoring financial performance and submitting reports to management to facilitate decision making process related to profitability & cost of operations. 

·       Other Accounting duties as required by management.

Administrative Responsibilities

·       Provide support in preparing commercial quotes, invoices, delivery orders and other documentation for customers.

·       Liaison with suppliers, Vendor Registrations, and coordinate deliveries of material ordered.

·       Drafting letters and Correspondence

·       Managing appointments & other HR related matters

·       Managing the daily office schedule, organize and supervise other office activities

·       Assist in coordination and organize Flight, Hotel and transport arrangements for all staff and company guests.

·       Coordinate for Company events, exhibitions and Trainings

·       Carry out administration tasks including renewals, bill payments, Logistics/couriers, handling incoming and outgoing consignments.

·       Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)

·       Other Administrative duties as required by management.

 

Other Requirements

 

·       The applicant has to be Confident, well-organized, proactive and  with a positive attitude.

·       Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies

·       Has Good written and verbal communication skills in English

·       Familiarity with social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Google + and Pinterest

·       Skills in Coral Draw, Photoshop and experience with printing

·       Is Self-motivated, responsible and possess sound work ethics.

·       Email, MS Office, and Computer proficiency is a must 

Qualification

BCom/ MCom/ MBA or a degree in a related field

Experience: 3-5 Years in accounts and administrative roles.
