The candidate will be assigned for following duties :
- Daily monitoring of COD (Cash on Delivery) collection at all stations across Punjab and KPK.
- Ensure COD amounts collected are deposited into company's bank account on the same day.
- Ensure COD amount should not be outstanding for more than one day at any station. If remains outstanding for more than one day , inquire with respective station about unexploited amounts.
- Attend all queries related to CODs raised by our stations across Punjab and KPK and reply appropriately.
- Must able to maintain petty cash fund efficiently
- Assurance of Operating expenses of all the stations
- Disbursement of operation expenses and salaries to respective stations.
Job Specification:
- Strong follow-up/coordination skills.
- Must have good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Able to use accounting software.
- Atleast 4 years experience in the relevant field.
- Can easily interact with more than 15 Stations accross Punjab and KPK.
- Must have experience of cash handling and bank dealing.
