Few roles of the jobs but not limited to:
- Receive all day-to-day pick-ups from couriers and ensure the proper packaging.
- Check each pick-up for its proper packaging and ensure correct consignment notes is pasted.
- Verify No. of shipments booked by customer with no. of shipments received.
- Call each consignee for undelivered shipments and reason shipments.
- Follow-up of the deliveries of consignments and ensure that the deliveries are being done promptly.
- Working closely with Quality Assurance department.
- All other work assigned by the QA Manager.
