We are looking for dynamic and self-driven candidate for the position of Jr. Accounts Officer. One, who is willing to take the work actively and take the given tasks as learning opportunity.
Job Description:
- Generate invoices, clarify any invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
- Prepare payments of Online banking, IBFT, cheques and any other type of customers’ payment
- Reconcile amount from FPV vouchers and Bank Statements
- Record & update the payments’ record on the portal – Banking
- Timely response to banks’ & customers’ emails and queries of Debit Note & Credit Note
- Maintain a reporting relationship to queries of sales team
Job Requirements:
- Attentive to details
- Self-driven and learning attitude
- Good Command on Excel
Experience: 06 months to 01 year in the similar capacity
