We are looking for Operation Officer having prior experience in the related field.
Routine operation tasks.
Monitor on time performance for all routes through dispatch function in E-Courier. Proactively communicate with drivers not performing to customer requirements. Alert Supervisor of all issues / concerns for routes not performing up to standards immediately.
Maintain a daily detailed shift report .
Proactively follows up on and resolves any internal and customer issues or escalates appropriately.
