An Ecommerce Logistic firm is seeking to hire an experienced Manager to join Lahore office. This is a hands-on job that requires strategic thinking and planning to provide leadership and expertise throughout the entire operation lifecycle. Involvement begins at the business requirements gathering stage. We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee our business operations in an assigned region. The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. As a Regional Manager, your duties also include guiding management staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and performance reports.
To be successful as a Regional Manager, you should be able to lead and manage people, ensure operations run smoothly. Ultimately, a top-notch Regional Manager should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Regional Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a high-level Operation strategy, taking a proactive approach.
- Lead efforts to develop, document, and implement applicable Operation processes and procedures to provide more effective quality methods within the group in support of providing quality products.
- Working closely with Strategy Department.
- Achieving business goals and performance targets.
- Overseeing daily operations, managing and setting performance objectives.
- Recruiting, training, and supporting general manager as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations.
Regional Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field is preferred.
- 3+ years of management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
