To check consignment wise outstanding report of all stations and follow-up with the station for deposits.
To coordinate and ensure systematic filing of a scanned deposit slip from stations.
To ensure checking of unlink credits and find the unknown amount of customers' deposits and provide resolution.
Closely monitor cash outstanding amount and ensure coordination with the operation department for the recovery of the same.
Ensure strong follow-up on all claims with the claim department and take necessary action after upper Management’s approval.
Provide supervision in performing bank reconciliation & provide necessary assistance in solving technical aspects.
Prepare summarized COD collection report on a daily, monthly & periodical basis.
Ensure Follow-up on receivable of COD of various Stations across the country.
