We are seeking for a proactive & dynamic “Supply Chain trainee” with quick learning attitude. The incumbent will be handling the customers’ queries, tracking shipment and managing client relationships. One will be the first point of contact with various departments and create ease in handling the supply chain issues.
Job Description:
- The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Utilize relationships to enable us to negotiate and maximize revenue and profitability on sales opportunities
- Tracking and collecting shipments data to ensure their timely delivery
- Ensure the process of payments against each delivery
- Handling customers’ queries with best possible solutions
- Assessing the requirements for onboarding new suppliers followed by full onboarding process once an application is approved
- Providing trainings to the various stations
Job Requirements:
- 0-6 months of experience with clientele dealing
- Should be atleast a graduate or above (BBA or above)
- Able to analyze data using Excel
- Confident at building relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and process driven
