KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead and coach staff; Create synergies and ensure seamless interaction between teams.
· Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge and provide them with every possible support in understanding job roles.
· Handle administrative issues including staff disputes, grievances and other issues
· Provide guidance to employees for their development and career planning
· Identity Reward and Recognition Criteria through engaging staff at different Management and Non-Management Levels.
· Lead the monthly, semi-annually and annually reward and recognition program at the organization levels.
· Identify promoters and detractors across the organization through employee engagement practices.
· Improving the involvement of staff in shaping and influencing the direction of the organization
· Ensure employees voice is visibly listened to through pulse survey.
· Conduct training needs assessment across the organization and identify the skills which are commonly required.
· Plan and design a training program at different management and non-management levels
