Shall be responsible for human resource planning and talent acquisition
Shall be responsible for developing detailed job descriptions/manuals
Plan Training programs for employees and prepare Organizational development plans
Shall develop career growth plans and make succession plans
Develop Performance management matrix to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and deliverance
Develop HR policies which maintain balance between employee satisfaction and Organizational growth /profit objectives
Shall be responsible for development of SOPs for all business functions

Shall be responsible for developing and strengthening of a progressive, dynamic and vibrant culture which lays strong emphasis on personal ethics, respect, team-work, Ownership, customer service, innovation and creativity.
Shall be responsible for all HR administrative functions including documentation of salaries, bonuses & incentives, performance appraisals, personal record
