AlarConnect is a UK based company providing virtual call center services within UK, US and Canada.
We are currently seeking ‘Customer Service Representatives’ for one of our UK inbound campaigns.
The desired candidates will have the following experience;
- Strong command over spoken and written English.
- Must have an American or British English accent.
- Call center Experience minimum One Year
- Managing large amounts of Inbound Calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers needs, Clarify information, research every issue and provide the alternatives and/or solutions.
- Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.
- Must have multitasking skills along with the ability to work flexible shifts
- Meet targets set forth by the team/management.
- The Candidate must be target-oriented and highly motivated.
- Working hours will be decided after the training.
- Attractive Salary package based on experience.

- Salary will be on monthly basis.

Technical Requirements

6-8GB Ram, Dual-core 2.8 GHz or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better.
Atom, Celeron, Pentium and Operon processors are not permitted, 60 GB or more of available hard drive space.
