THE ROLE You will work as part of the global marketing team to drive acquisition of new business targeting enterprises and multi-nationals across sectors. You will leverage both paid and organic marketing strategies and techniques, be an expert in inbound marketing and moving leads through the marketing funnel. You will be data-driven and analytical and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
You MUST HAVE: - Experience of new business acquisition of large enterprises and multi-nationals, international experience would be a bonus - Expertise and demonstrable experience of moving leads through the marketing funnel and techniques to optimize conversion - Experience of working with start-ups would be preferable Due to significant growth, we are seeking is currently looking to recruit a Marketing & Business Development manager to assist in the marketing and business development of the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to work alongside senior stakeholders towards business objectives. Responsibilities· Create, develop and deliver marketing campaigns - Direct mail, email, social media, etc.· Analyse previous campaigns to ensure they are achieving positive results and engagement.· Manage the digital acquisition programme, individual campaigns and project requirements ensuring continual improvement in terms of brand, message, process, communication effectiveness and cost.· Identify and test campaigns within core marketing channels including email, SEO, affiliates, PPC, display advertising, etc.· Engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.· Manage events through from inception to delivery.· Supportive administration responsibility including:- Maintain and update company websites, intranet sites and internal marketing pages
- Oversee the creation and production corporate literature and marketing content
- Manage key vendor relationships across marketing and data
- Manage the Group’s social media presence and oversee programs to improve the effective use of social media
- Conduct analysis and monitoring of the company’s marketing efforts to assess their effectiveness
