- Write the inspection report after the control is finished
- Conduct inline and/or final inspection/audit
- Production checks & verification
- Problem shooting for the defects found on site
- Boots-on-the-ground sourcing work to develop new vendors
- Basic social compliance oversight
- Sample approvals prior to sending to head office
- Prepare ground work for BEST training at appointed vendor
- Review various quality reports with factories and work with factories for correction plan to improve the overall quality level
