- Supervise daily production process, ensure implementation of production department SOPs & manage factory craftsmen.
- Maintain & prepare craftsman wise daily production report & input into QuickBooks software. Investigate and overcome any weight difference arises.
- Prepare monthly craftsman wise salary report.
- Maintain proper record of items IN & OUT from factory.
- Maintain complete record of upcoming material containers.
- Maintain proper filling system.
- Contact with suppliers to arrange items needed for production.
- Maintain daily attendance record office staff.
- Any other work assign by GM & CEO.
- Directly report for General Manager Finance & Operations.
