• Developing and implementing the commercial strategy for the business by understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
  • Reviewing existing products and markets. Undertaking market research and analysis and producing business plans/recommendations to ensure that all business development opportunities (new products and markets) are optimized. Identify potential legal, financial or sales issues and look for obstacles and devising a plan to prevent problems.
  • Working closely with the Sales staff to develop future improvements/services for the customers to retain their business and to ensure that customer needs are met and fully communicated throughout the business.
  • Setting goals and boost team morale in order to foster talent and encouraging employee retention. Provide and control budget plan to be realized by each Sales Representative and recommend the strategy to achieve our Sales, Recovery & Credit targets as per plan.
  • Plan and control market visit and perform monthly closing of each Sales Representative.
  • Recommending Strategies based on budget and actual variances and SWOT analysis of the Company and prepare reports and presentations for executives and other company leaders as part of monthly closing.
  • Creating promotional and marketing materials to give to current and potential customers and recommending Marketing and Promotional campaigns along with its impacts on business, budget and net margins.
  • Authorize customer credit lines and processing of orders blocked by the system based on credit limits/days in consultation with Budgeting and Controlling Section.
  • Representing the company externally e.g. at networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile and optimize all business development opportunities.
  • Maintaining an awareness of external factors (including competitors, pharmaceutical developments, government business initiatives, current and proposed legislation in relation to commercial activities and regulatory affairs) which impact the business. Identifying Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT analysis) and communicating such information and any subsequent changes to the Management.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
