- Batch release of manufactured and in process products
- Reviewing and approving of Quality documentation including SOPs, Validation Protocols, Change controls and etc.
- Writing and approving of QA related SOPs
- To co-ordinate with Manager QA for the issuance of active formulation & maintain its log sheet.
- Responsible for in-coming raw material / items inspection and monitoring of packaging material i.e. carton, glass, plastic, shippers etc as per BM reference standards.
- Responsible to ensure the accurate line clearance of all production activities by visiting production premises and checking / signing the BMS (Batch Manufacturing Sheet).
- Responsible for external and internal (in-house) calibration of all the equipment used in QC Lab & Production areas.
- Liaison with QC Officer for the compilation of clinical trial studies.
- To assist the Director R&D and Manager QA in proof reading of packaging and related materials etc.
- To prepare and validate the methods of analysis, validate the equipment, monitor their use, take steps for proper maintenance etc.
