We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist and guide our customers especially through a chat software. Ultimately, you will help maintain our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
Responsibilities
- Be the customer’s first point of contact for any questions related to our products
- Own the query or issue until it is resolved to make sure the customer’s experience is a good one
- Use customer service skills to put customers at ease and help them solve their technical problems and queries
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, Whatsapp or chat
Requirements
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role preferred
- Experience using help desk software and chat tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
Preferred Skills Required
- Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g., Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, etc.) when dealing with internal and/or external audiences at all levels of management
- Ability to deliver results while working to deadlines under pressure
- Ability to plan and organize workload in a fast-paced environment
