JOB OVER VIEW ;
As a digital marketing strategist and customer acquisition expert your role is to derive quality traffic or potential new customers from platforms like facebook, insta, google, youtube, food forums and other social mediums, and maintain existing customers, retaining them and executing retargeting to create pull and build revenues for a popular restaurant chain focussed on deliveries to online website and call center/ customer support. Any other deliverable as expected from a digital marketer.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES ;
- To develop brand building and revenue growing strategies.
- To create, manage and publish content on digital platforms.
- Help and support customer support/ sales team to get results from digital marketing campaigns
- To run campaigns to get orders on line as well as call center/ customer support
- Monitoring and scaling campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION LEVEL; Marketing Graduate
EXPERIENCE; 5 years- preference; already associated with food/ restaurant business
SPECIFIC SKILLS; Traffic conversion through digital platform while understanding conventional marketing as well. Understand consumer behaviour
PERSONAL/ PROFESSIONAL ABILITIES; Leadership skills, learning enthusiasm, develop content and implement new ideas and skills.
CERTIFICATIONS Required as per requirements.
