Roles and Responsibilities
- Design a tour package proposal for clients / sales quotations
- Social media groups marketing for packages
- Contact travel agencies for flight bookings
- Contact hotels for room reservations
- Contact bus tourers for road trip reservations
- Contact excursion points for excursion purchases (eg: cable car sales office, mountain hiking, ski resorts etc.)
- Arrange all booking for clients and deliver them / courier
- Cash handling and minor accounts tasks (invoices etc.)
- Create sales reports monthly
