Looking for a candidate with:- Excellent communication and organization skills- Proficient in English and Urdu language (reading, taking dictation and typing)- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, In-page etc..)The candidate will be responsible for:- Handling & prioritizing communication; phone calls, taking dictation, typing letters and following up- Preparing reports and presentation- Managing and improving filing systems,- Managing diaries and calendars- Making travel arrangements- Organizing meetings, taking minutes and- Assisting with administrative tasks.
