SALES MANAGER - FRAGRANCE & COSMETICS
Position Description
The incumbent will be responsible for:
· direct sales of our personal care products (fragrance, cosmetics, deodorant etc.) and ensure high return on investment (ROI.)
· planning the strategic sales, consumer, and trade promotional strategies to achieve monthly & annual set targets
· working with different channels of distribution
Position Specification
· MBA preferably in marketing and sales from top international/national university
· At least 7-10 years of core sales experience (preferably of FMCG) at a managerial position
· Sound knowledge of personal care products brand (fragrance, deodorant, cosmetics etc.).
· Excellent leadership, organizing, analytical and creative thinking skills
· Willing to travel extensively as and when required
