Job Description

We are looking for a talented Operations & Support center executive for taking care of daily operations of the department. This might include getting in contact with the clients for their bookings, coordination with business partners for best possible solutions, providing event related information to the customer, creation of business opportunities when required, generating business from potential clients.

·         Call center or related experience will be appreciated.

·         Excellent communication & convincing skills in English and Urdu.

·         Adequate knowledge of MS office and reporting mechanism.

·         Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Self-motivated, Target oriented, Adaptability, Positive attitude and pressure handling should be key skill.
