Prepare analysis as directed providing overall impact to the business
Manage any ad hoc cross-functional projects
Manage cost savings data/quotes & comparisons
Manage data & scheduling of vendor scorecard/business reviews
Manage agenda/follow up of vendor and product meetings
Compile & track documentation for On-boarding new vendors
Maintain and monitor project schedules to ensure on time delivery
Procurement/vendor coordination including acquisition of Quotations, preparation of QES, Purchase order process and taking approvals from management.
Vendor management (Coordination, Induction, and MIS maintenance of vendors)
Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
Provide timely and accurate statistics/MIS and reports.
Ensure all tasks are completed timely in line with policies and Procedures
Maintain proper filing system, records and statistics related to general administrative functions.
Also provide timely & accurate MIS reports.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Any other task(s) assigned.
