We are looking for a dedicated accountant who also has experience with export documentation.
The job will include:
Keeping company accounts
Prepare a complete set of documents pertaining to export shipping. documentation based on L/C and/or other credit terms.
Export documentation through the WeBoc system
Coordinate closely with the logistics/shipping Company/agents for scheduling and bookings shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
Helping with product costing and maintaining vendor records
Maintaining employee salary records
