Head of Operations

RAGE Custom is a global sports customization company shipping worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead our end-to-end operational ecosystem across production in Sialkot, sportswear setup in Lahore, and our international logistics flows (US and EU hubs).

The role ensures smooth execution from order → production → QC → dispatch, while improving SOPs, systems, and communication across all departments.

Responsibilities:

Oversee production operations in Sialkot, ensuring consistent quality, timeline adherence, and efficient cost management.
Establish sportswear production operations in Lahore, including facility setup, staffing, and workflow design.
Manage raw material suppliers, packaging vendors, and logistics partners.
Implement and optimize US and EU fulfillment hubs to support faster global delivery.
Improve lead times, QC consistency, and on-time dispatch rates across all product categories.
Build and enforce SOPs across sales, design, production, and dispatch teams.
Coordinate with the Head of Customer Operations to maintain accurate order tracking and system visibility.
Support the operational rollout of our refreshed main website, including pricing alignment and process flows for new order types.
Ensure packaging and product handling consistently meet brand standards.
Prepare periodic performance reports for the CEO covering production metrics, dispatch rates, and operational issues.

Requirements:

7–15 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, vendor management, and export logistics.
Proven experience designing SOPs, dashboards, and structured workflows.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both factory teams and international partners.
Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Willingness to travel frequently between Sialkot and Lahore.
