We are an international Architectural firm with offices located in San Francisco, Dubai, Islamabad and Singapore.To enter the local market here and are looking to a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Office Administrator
The preferred candidate should have the following:
-Self-starter who can work on their own initiative with minimal supervision
-Knowledge of social media, online marketing and advertising
-Ability to manage time and prioritize workload
-Strong oral and written communication skills in English
-Manage potential clients and phone calls
-Develops and maintain departmental files, documents, data files and confidential information
-Assist with Financial logs, invoicing, etc.
-Serves as a liaison between departments
-Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office products- Word, Excel, etc.
