Operations:
- To formulate strategies and business plans and to lead teams for high performance and innovation.
- To look-after all operations of the factory and oversee daily process of every department of the organization.
- To ensure that Company’s staff remains motivated to discharge their responsibilities effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with best practices.
- To ensure prudent management of resources for the achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives in line with its business plan.

- To supervise and motivate to Production Team.
- To curtail wastage and review/maintain wastage control procedure.
- To monitor product standards and implement quality-control program.
