  1. To monitor and maintain the optimum performance level    of mechanical, electrical and air compressors departments.
  2. Assurance of performance optimization of all production machines.
  3. To develop, monitor and implement the preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with the production department. 
  4. Monitoring of the items being purchased and manufactured locally for its genuineness.
  5. Analysis of the needs and possibilities of new machines to be purchased and installed.
  6. Planning and implementing the erection and shifting of the machines on requirement.
  7. Developing and implementing the strategy for saving of utilities and resources.
  8. Manage all the civil and construction operations.
  9. Manage all the electrical installations in the Factory.
  10. Ensure that air conditioning systems in the factory are fully functional.
  11. Ensure sufficient supply of the utilities such as steam, water, gas, compressed air, power, etc.
  12. Manage entire operations of the workshop including general maintenance, fabrication, erection, repair, welding electrical, etc
