Bplix is on the lookout for Business Development Manager at its office in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. As a BPO industry, we provide multi-dimensional services to beauty brands across US, Europe & Middle-East.
Responsibilities:
Generating business leads and searching for sales opportunities through different mediums.
· Researching companies and individuals to find new opportunities.
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Working on weekly and monthly sales targets.
· Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
· Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
· Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relevant field.
3 to 4 years of Sales experience; preferably in business lead generation and prospect management.
· Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
· Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
· Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
· Excellent analytical and time-management skills
· Ability to work independently or as an active team member.
· Preferred:
· Candidates having no experience will also be considered based on few pre-requisites related to individual’s capabilities and mindset.
· Beauty & Cosmetic Industry experience is a plus.
· Service Industry experience is a plus.
