Role: Call Centre Agent For UK Clients (Outbound)
Our Client is a UK based recruitment company providing recruitment solutions to legal sector. They are looking for the staff, who will be based in Lahore office.
Job Description
• To make phone calls to the candidates/job seekers
• To ask them questions from a scripted form.
• To fill up a registration form whilst being on the phone and asking questions
Requirements
• Must have advanced communication skills in English.
• Must have British or American accent
• Proven experience as a call centre agent (outbound) and/or 360 Recruitment consultant/head hunter.
• Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Able to work flexible shifts (2PM to 11PM local time)
• Minimum qualification Graduation
Successful candidates will be provided with the basic training for recruitment consultant.
