- Job title: Call Center Executive/ Telephone Interviewer/ TSRs
- Salary: 50,000.00 to 80,000.00 PKR + Commission depending on experience
- Location: Main Boulevard DHA, Lahore Cantt
- Shift: Second Shift (Afternoon 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) Monday to Friday
- Following a script to interview job seekers but also using your initiative to ask additional questions in order to get further clarity on points that might require further clarification.
- Taking detailed interview notes and emailing them across to the relevant UK based Recruiter in the team
- Selling jobs to candidates (not all jobseekers are actively seeking work, therefore, some will need persuading)
- Communicating clearly and effectively
- An excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Minimum 1-year call centre experience (UK, USA or Canadian campaigns)
- Spoken English must be in UK (or other Western) accent
- Must enjoy talking to people (via phone), as this role is all about people!
- A true professional with a positive attitude.
- Able to work honestly and ethically.
- Must be able to work in a fast past and dynamic work environment.
- Very well organised and reliable.
- A Team player.
- An excellent communicator.
- The ability to persuade and influence without being pushy or aggressive.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Skype.
- Must be able to work second shift (01:00 PM to 10:00 PM) Monday to Friday
- Candidates with the experience in Recruitment industry would be preferred.
