Recruitment Manager

Salary: 50,000 to 80,000 PKR + annual bonus

Location: Lahore (Defense area)

 An international recruitment firm is currently seeking a Recruitment Process Coordinator for a new position based in Lahore. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading UK based recruitment firm in what is a pivotal role that involves the coordination and execution of a smooth, well organized and timely recruitment process. Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, the role involves coordinating and directing the efforts of other colleagues that are responsible for delivery within their respective parts of the recruitment process. In brief, you will coordinate and oversee the smooth running of the entire recruitment process and treat each vacancy as a new project that needs delivering.

 Responsibilities:

  • Taking a brief and writing up job ads to post online
  • Mastering the internal recruitment CRM
  • Issuing search instructions to the CV Sourcing Team
  • Coordinating the process of job positing online
  • Email marketing to candidates with details of ‘Hot Jobs’
  • Email marketing to Clients with details of ‘Candidates of the Month’
  • Initially screening applications and forwarding suitable candidates to the Recruitment Specialists for interview
  • Processing the CVs of candidates that have successfully passed their interview i.e. ensuring they are added to the internal CRM, shortlisted to the job vacancy, and arranging for their CV to be formatted as per the company template
  • Upon receiving a formatted CV, using the interview notes provided, you are to compose a compelling and persuasive email (the ‘pitch’) and send to the Client along with formatted CV attached
  • Coordinate/ arrange any interviews between the Client and candidate
  • Any other duties as prescribed by the Managing Director

 Essential Requirements:

  • Degree / MSc level educated from a reputable institue
  • An exceptional command of written and oral English
  • Can speak in a UK, US or other Western accent
  • Very well organized and process driven with a keen mind for process efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Reliable and totally dependable with experience of working in a professional environment for a company that delivers professional services
  • Quality focused with the ability to work towards extremely high standards and also maintain them
  • The ability to multi-task and manage several projects at various stages of the Recruitment Process lifecycle
  • A background within recruitment with experience of recruiting for some (or all) of the following sectors: Commercial, Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy and Power Generation     
  • Commercially minded with a broad understanding of marketing concepts
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the mind-set of becoming a brand Ambassador
  • A true team player
  • Can work between the times of 9am – 6.30pm UK time
