We are looking for an experienced Telesales Supervisor to head up our growing Telesales team.
Telesales Supervisor’s Responsibilities:
· Executing the Telesales strategies.
· Training junior Telesales staff.
· Writing sales script and customer answer sheets.
· Managing the Telesales team and monitoring the performance.
· Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
· Maintaining customer relationships and handling complaints.
· Compiling and presenting the sales reports.
Telesales Supervisor’s Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Prior experience as Telesales Supervisor.
· Strong managerial and sales skills.
· Multitasking ability.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Ability to write and present reports.
· Organizational and team management skills.
