Brief Introduction:
We at B&R Technologies are looking for an experienced field sales representative to attract new clients and maximize profitability within his sales territory. Candidates will work with prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning interested shoppers into long-term customers.
Our platform is a B2B Marketplace with the sole purpose of creating links among businesses and helping them develop a more lucrative supply chain practice. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Close new deals at a high rate
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
- Travel throughout the territory and visits customers on a recurring basis.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Maintain records of all sales leads or customer accounts.
- Represent the Brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales/customer service role.
- Able to understand the vision and convey it to people.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Urdu, Punjabi & English.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- High school diploma: BSc/Ba is a plus.
