• Planning, Implementation and Management of Education program in the region.
  • Coordination with District Education officials for implementation of BRAC education model and methodology
  • Verify reports of the school visits on sample basis and share analysis with Program Manager Education.
  • Provide technical assistance to Area Managers and Branch Managers in the monitoring of the field staff through regular monitoring and evaluation.
  • Prepare and submit fortnightly/ monthly progress/ monitoring reports.
  • Assist Program Manager Education in preparation of material requisition request when needed.
  • Ensuring quality education in schools through supervision and monitoring of staff and schools.
  • Making and analyzing budgets, purchasing & accounts checking and look after work according to policies and plans.
  • Timely disbursement of the finances to all stakeholders and maintain record of expenditures incurred.
  • Conduct TNA activities of the education staff, analyze it and forward it to the HO/Program Manager Education for capacity building of staff.
  • Timely seeking funds from the HO for the program through Program Manager Education.
  • To supervise  activities of Area Managers and evaluate staffs, including Area Manager, Branch Managers and Program Organziers.
  • To prepare, keep in record all kinds of reports of the program and send to concerned authority.
  • Ensure materials for schools as per requirement of branches.
  • Observe and follow-up the teacher training, refresher and parents meeting.
  • To take initiatives to implement program plans as per BEP manual.
  • To promote BRAC values & cultures and establishing good relationship within BRAC staffs.
  • To arrange meeting, workshop and training sessions for staff development.
  • Coordinate with Government, Non-Government Organizations and other stake holders in the field of education.

BRAC is currently serving about 437,465 people in 14 districts of four provinces. BRAC's micro finance program was launched in 2007 on a small scale in Punjab and the North West Frontier Province (NWFP). It is now operating with 88 branch offices, and has 45,011 women borrowers. BRAC considers education a powerful tool for combating discrimination's, illiteracy and poverty. BRAC started 20 pre-primary schools in 2009 in NWFP's Haripur district. The schools now have more than 600 students, about 61% of them girls. BRAC also initiated a health program in 2009, with services in Punjab's Sahiwal and Pakpattan districts and NWFP's Nowshera district. The program trains local health workers and volunteers to provide basic health care and health education to families and communities.
