We’re looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with strong experience in sublimation design, DTF printing layouts, and product mock-ups for T-shirts, polos, and sportswear. You’ll be responsible for turning client logos, ideas, and artwork briefs into professional-quality print files and product visuals that are production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality mock-ups and print-ready artwork for T-shirts, polos, hoodies, and other apparel.
Design sublimation patterns, all-over prints, and layout templates for sportswear and uniforms.
Prepare and colour-separate files for DTF and sublimation printing.
Recreate and vectorise logos in Adobe Illustrator for clean and accurate output.
Adjust artwork colours, positioning, and scaling to match client and production requirements.
Collaborate closely with the production and design team to ensure final results meet brand standards.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (essential).
Experience with DTF printing, sublimation, and apparel mock-ups.
Strong attention to detail in colour, alignment, and garment proportions.
Ability to manage multiple design briefs and meet tight deadlines.
Understanding of apparel templates and printing limitations.
Previous experience in sportswear, uniforms, or custom apparel design preferred.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of CorelDRAW or other vector software.
Experience working with manufacturing or print production teams.
Familiarity with mock-up automation or AI-based design tools.
