We are looking for a committed Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales growth, managing and developing the store team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position demands a proactive leader who can uphold operational excellence, collaborate effectively with regional teams, and contribute significantly to the store’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of sales goals.
- Lead, inspire, and train sales staff to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
- Analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to boost revenue and profitability.
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and timely replenishment of products.
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and cleanliness in line with brand guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with Head Office and regional teams on promotions, marketing initiatives, and new product launches.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales and performance reports accurately.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, cash handling procedures, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail store operations, preferably in the fashion apparel industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and managing motivated, high-performing teams.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position based in Karachi, offering a competitive salary range of Rs70,000 to Rs90,000 per month. The role provides an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to lead a retail branch and contribute to the growth of a respected brand.
