The Branch Manager for the retail store in Karachi will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and managing staff efficiently. This role requires a dynamic leader who can ensure smooth store functioning while aligning with company standards and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve consistent monthly and annual sales targets by developing and implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue and enhance store profitability. Analyze sales data regularly and recommend actionable improvements to boost overall performance.

Operations Management:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Manage inventory control, including timely stock replenishment and loss prevention measures. Ensure strict compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and retail standards. Monitor and control store expenses to maintain cost efficiency.

Customer Service:
Provide outstanding customer experiences at all times by addressing and resolving complaints, queries, and feedback promptly and effectively. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to strengthen brand loyalty.

Team Leadership & Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and develop store personnel to build a motivated and skilled team. Organize staff schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor individual and team performance. Inspire and mentor employees to achieve high productivity and maintain excellent service standards.

Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management. Coordinate with the head office on promotions, new product launches, and operational requirements to ensure alignment and support.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in retail or store management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proven ability to drive sales and consistently meet targets is required. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities are necessary. Proficiency in MS Office applications and POS systems is also important.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Previous sales experience of at least 2 years is preferred. The position offers a competitive salary starting from Rs80,000 per month, complemented by performance-based incentives. Work Conditions:
