Job Description

  • Developing and implementing sales plans
  • Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
  • Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information from all department at branch.
  • Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
  • Drafting forecasts and business plans
  • Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
  • Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
  • Develop action plan and strategies for new business in accordance with other department manager’s
  • Generate leads for new business and customers in coordination with other department’s managers.
  • Branch sales managers is also responsible for making sure the sales team adheres to the company mission and meets sales quotas.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback to HR department.
  • Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
  • Maintain Stock / Inventory Level, Availability And Management.
  • Any other task assign by the management.
