Project Type: Project-based (Remote)
We’re looking for a creative Motion Graphics / After Effects artist to produce 3 custom animated videos (30 seconds each) for a FEST project.
Reference style examples will be provided after selection and should be used as inspiration for animation quality, pacing, transitions, and overall visual energy (not direct copying).
Scope of Work
- Create 3 unique animations
- Each animation approx. 30 seconds
- Develop animations from scratch (no templates as final output)
- Moderate complexity motion design (clean, polished, engaging)
- Deliver final exported videos + editable source files
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years experience in After Effects / Motion Design
- Strong portfolio showing motion graphics / animated content
- Ability to match reference quality and maintain consistency
- Good understanding of:
- Timing & animation principles
- Typography animation
- Transitions
- Composition
- Visual storytelling
- Able to communicate and revise efficiently
- Can start quickly

Responsibilities
- Develop and create high-quality motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and related software.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into engaging visual content that aligns with client and brand objectives.
- Design and animate typography to enhance video projects dynamically and effectively.
- Apply fundamental animation principles such as timing, pacing, and transitions to produce smooth and appealing motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to support visual storytelling through compelling composition and 3D animation techniques.
- Edit and color grade videos to ensure high visual quality and consistency across all projects.
- Use Cinema 4D and other 3D tools to create and integrate 3D elements within motion graphics, enhancing the overall visual impact.
- Maintain a strong quality standard by matching or surpassing reference materials and ensuring consistency throughout deliverables.
- Adapt quickly to revisions and provide rapid turnaround times while maintaining a professional approach to client feedback.
- Participate in basic storyboarding activities to plan motion sequences and visual narratives clearly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new software features, and best practices in motion graphics and video production to continuously improve skills.

- Source files (.AEP)
- All linked assets organized
- Final exports (1080p minimum)
- Atleast 5 revision rounds included, will coordinate further for additional revisions
