CCTV Operator/Manager

The candidate should have completed 12 years of education and preferably possess retail experience, enhancing the ability to recognize unusual activities specific to retail settings. The role plays a critical part in preventing and addressing security issues by continuously monitoring camera feeds, promptly reacting to incidents, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities

Monitor multiple CCTV surveillance systems continuously to detect suspicious activities and potential security threats.
Analyze CCTV footage to identify incidents and gather evidence for investigations and reporting purposes.
Prepare clear and accurate incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or any unusual occurrences.
Maintain and operate all CCTV equipment, ensuring it functions properly and is regularly checked for faults.
Collaborate with security personnel and management to provide timely updates and insights based on surveillance data.
Follow company policies and legal regulations related to surveillance and privacy to ensure compliance.
Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents observed on CCTV, coordinating with security or emergency teams as needed.
Maintain a secure record-keeping system for archiving CCTV footage and reports according to company protocols.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in CCTV technology and suggest improvements to enhance surveillance effectiveness.
Ensure the surveillance area is monitored effectively without interruption during operational hours.
